The ephemeral cosmic alignment, brings synchronicity to Syzygy. A sudden rush embedded in a delightful tension and the entire city is brought to life.Having envisioned this moment for so long, you start running relentlessly towards the centre, as does everybody else. You have to get in as only inside can you relish society, can you truly exist. Once the city is plunged in total darkness and the gates have closed, the superstructure resurrects amid this Dionysian carousel and reshuffles the city.

As the moon leaves, the ordinary returns but the city won't ever be the same.

RULES OF THE GAME

1. In order to become a citizen of SYZYGY, you have to play.

2. Each one is represented by its habits, which are the tokens distributed in the city.

3. The aim of the game is to be present in the centre as often as possible.

4. To move your habits forward, you need points, which you get if you are in the centre before the gate closes. If you don't get in, you lose one point, and have to move one habit further from the centre.

5. The only way of moving around is by foot. Be fast, as the capacity of the centre is limited.

Habit is a particular act or way of acting that you tend to do regularly.

People who are isolated crave social interactions similarly to the way a hungry person craves food.

Play is the force that pulls us together. It is a way of explaining the world, others, and ourselves. Play is expressing ourselves. Play is what we do when we are human.

Life is habit. Or rather life is a succession of habits, since the individual is a succession of individuals.

Three-body problem, is the problem of determining the motion of three celestial bodies moving under no influence other than that of their mutual gravitation. No general solution of this problem is possible.

Rituals have the potential to release people from the binding structures of their lives into a liberating anti-structure or communitas.

Mystics and metaphysicians used to acknowledge that everything in life revolved around exceptional moments. In their view, life found expression and was concentrated in them.

Our memories are composed of these instances of play. Play is not isolated in our eventful lives; in fact, it is a string with which we tie our memories together.

Man plays only when he is in the full sense of the word a man, and he is only wholly a Man when he is playing.

My habitat is expandable according to my moods, my relations, [...] just as it can shrink, if I fold in on myself, [...] lock myself in my apartment like an oyster in its shell.
