The path is going back and forth between the HM Prison Belmarsh and the London City Airport. Woolwich Foot Tunnel serves as a middle point going underneath the River Thames. In the case of this actor-agent combination, the path finds a higher density of movement in the underwater Foot Tunnel, where we imagine a debating process happening within Raskolnikov's mind. Giving in to the temptation of escape or acknowledging his wrong-doing. Metaphorically the water pressure in the tunnel is a reflection of the mental pressure the actor is under, while trying to find footing in either one desicion. The river gives physicality to the duality within Raskolnikov and the theme corruption.
