The nomad is driven by the will to be in motion, not only does he define his territory but also his existence through it. We want to create a city, that is based on an infrastructure that allows to enjoy the instinct of movement instead of giving it a subordinated role.
To perceive the city we want to step out of the planar area, and open up for the third dimension to be experienced through movement.
