We estimate that the travel route from Baetica to Port Ostia via large transport ships took the romans about 11 days. There they had to unload all the amphoras and store it temporarily in the port, where it was then put on smaller boats that were able to go up the Tiber River. Because they needed approximatily 100 smaller ships for one large ship, this procedure of unloading and loading took them about 6 days. From there on, the smaller boats where often dragged by animals (like donkeys) or slaves until the port of Emporio inside Rome, which took them about 4 days. The oil was put into big tanks in the Horrea storage facilities and the broken Amphoras were taken to Monte Testaccio. The whole journey was about 3 weeks of travel.
